About us
A small, focused company – with extensive experience from the other side of the counter.
Small in size. Big on focus.
Immigration Consulting was created with one simple idea: By focusing on fewer, well-defined tasks, we can deliver better, faster and safer processes. We are a small, specialized unit – and that is a deliberate choice.
Why small and targeted?
We would rather say no to a case than compromise on quality. By being selective, we can immerse ourselves, know the details of your specific case – and take responsibility for a process that feels thorough from start to finish.
Experience from the other side
Our advisors and consultants have many years of authority-near experience – e.g. from SIRI. We know the processes, documentation requirements and pitfalls inside out, because we have worked with the cases on the other side.
What we promise – every time
Correct foundation
Everything starts with document checks and clear prerequisites. This reduces risk and saves time.
Division of roles & peace of mind
You focus on operations – we handle the application, follow-up and dialogue with the authorities.
Transparency
Clear frameworks and deliverables. Status along the way. No hidden fees.
How we ensure a safe and correct process
1) Scope of advice
- We are advisors/consultants. We do not make decisions and are not an authority.
- We fill in and submit applications (e.g. AR1/AR6 and AR3/AR7) and coordinate dialogue – biometrics and personal appearance are handled at SIRI.
- We can submit with power of attorney, where relevant.
2) Authority requirements & biometrics
- Non-EU/EEA applicants must have biometric data recorded at application/extension; appointments are booked at SIRI.
- Authority fees are paid directly to SIRI by the applicant/employer.
3) New applications (AR1/AR6)
- We quality assure contracts, salaries and conditions under the relevant scheme and submit correct material from the start.
- With power of attorney, the employer/third party can submit on behalf of the applicant.
4) Extensions (AR3/AR7)
- Conditions must still be met (e.g. same employer/position, correct salary).
- We recommend starting well before expiry to avoid interruption.
5) Documentation & duty of truth
- The client is responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents.
- We will inform you if further documentation/translation is necessary.
6) Data protection (GDPR)
- We only process necessary information on a legal basis and practice data minimization and access control.
- Deletion/archiving according to clear deadlines. Agreements with data processors and appropriate security level.
7) Prices & responsibility
- Prices are communicated clearly before startup. Authority fees are separate.
- We cannot guarantee outcomes or processing times (decisions are made by SIRI).
8) Ethics & conflicts of interest
- We do not take on cases with obvious conflicts of interest and refer if necessary to independent advice.
- We work fairly and respectfully towards applicants, companies and authorities.
Note: Rules and practices are continuously updated. We always advise according to the applicable guidelines at nyidanmark.dk/SIRI.
